our aim has been to create a high quaility , small friendley bed and breakfast offering stylish and comfortable accomodation with the very best of hospitality and service.The guest rooms are en-suite and are in annexed accommodation in our family home. A private entrance leads into the conservatory where breakfast is served overlooking the gardens which are abound with flowers, azaleas, rhododendrons and the orchard were our resident hens live providing an ample supply of eggs to enjoy at breakfast.Being only half a mile from junction 40 of the m6 and one mile from the a66 we are the ideal b&b for people staying over in penrith while traveling to and from scotland.
