We have a small secluded back garden with lawn and a wildlife/fish pond. Plenty of seats and a couple of comfortable sun loungers are available for guest use
The garden is accessed from the paved patio via 8 wide and low hight steps with handrail
We also have a small conservatory with comfortable cane furniture with cushion seats– 2 seat setee, arm chair, foot stool and table.
Smoking is permited in the Garden area but not the conservatory
Additional Information
Guests are provided with a key to their room and the front door to the house so access is available 24 hrs
For Guests exclusive use there is an ironing board and a steam iron situated on the wall/shelf on the 1st floor landing
Mobile phone reception is abit patchy depending on your network. Orange or Vodaphone have best signal
We have a WiFi Broadband internet connection available for anyone with a laptop
We are happy to store Refrigerated/Frozen items for guests as long as its not half a cow or anything close to that size
Guests are requested to vacate their room by 10.30am on the morning of departure to enable sufficiant time for room valeting prior to next guests arrival
